As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties that meet our high standards. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the property market in Surabaya and East Java to build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders. Your daily tasks will include market research, property valuation, negotiation, and closing deals. You will also play a crucial role in our marketing efforts, ensuring that our acquired properties are effectively promoted to our wide network of customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire high-potential properties in Surabaya and East Java.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the property market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close deals on behalf of mamikos.com.
• Conduct property valuations and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote acquired properties on our platform.
• Analyze market data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in property acquisition and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, or a related field.
• Proficient in using property management software such as REIS, Yardi, or similar tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the property market in Surabaya and East Java is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English.
