• Manage and maintain the company's data warehouse, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement data integration solutions to streamline business processes and improve data accuracy.
• Monitor and optimize data storage and retrieval processes, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, implementing appropriate measures to protect sensitive information.
• Provide technical support and training to users, helping them to effectively utilize the data warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data warehouse administration, with a strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and database management.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouse tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouse solutions, such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
