In this role, you'll work closely with our culinary team to deliver exceptional service, manage reservations, and ensure that our guests have a seamless dining experience.

Every day, you'll be on your feet, moving swiftly between the kitchen, dining areas, and our wine cellar. You'll assist with table service, manage reservations, and ensure that our wine selection is presented with the utmost care. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with table service, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and refilling drink stations.
• Manage reservations and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining experience.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Assist with the presentation and service of our wine selection, including wine pairings and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Assist with special events and private dining arrangements, as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the dining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food safety practices.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
