📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan, organize, and execute global events, including conferences, meetups, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure that events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee event technology and registration systems to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and engage event attendees.
  • Analyze event data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event vendors and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as event management, marketing, or business administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, with a focus on technology and registration systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event planning and management software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
  • Experience with event technology and registration systems, such as Stripe's event platform.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
