📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory and supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing restaurant teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
