Bright Root Abadi is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we get the best value for our purchases, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee procurement processes, including purchasing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.
  • Handle any other duties as assigned by the procurement manager.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
