📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
