📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the audit process from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Provide strategic direction and guidance to the audit team, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.,Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss audit findings, address concerns, and develop action plans.,Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to gather necessary information and support the audit process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing to ensure the firm remains competitive and compliant.,Mentor and develop junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in auditing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations, as well as international standards such as IFRS.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or specialized audit platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities in the audit process.,Familiarity with financial services industry, including knowledge of banking, insurance, and investment products, is a plus.
