ABS Facade is a leading company in the construction and facade industry in Bali, Indonesia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Estimator with a specialization in facade to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for facade projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimation process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for facade projects,Analyzing project specifications and requirements to determine the most cost-effective solutions,Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure all project aspects are considered in the estimation process,Reviewing and approving change orders and additional work requests to ensure they are within budget,Preparing and presenting cost reports and forecasts to stakeholders,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards,Providing guidance and support to junior estimators and other team members,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the construction and facade industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in the facade industry,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs,Proficiency in using estimation software and tools,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards
