XPENG Indonesia Plant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes, and for implementing and maintaining quality control systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and to continuously improve our processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.,Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements to verify the quality of products and materials.,Identify and document quality issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality technicians and other team members on quality control procedures and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality control and manufacturing.,Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of incoming materials and services.,Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including work instructions, checklists, and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control role, with a strong background in quality assurance and process improvement.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.,Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
