📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings, interviews, and assessments to identify and attract top talent.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the role.,Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners to source candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track the progress of all hiring activities.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Experience in sourcing and hiring for retail or e-commerce companies is a plus.
