📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
