PRISM Dinamis is thrilled to announce an immediate opening for an Account Executive position in our Mempawah office. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our sales team and help us achieve our sales targets.

As an Account Executive at PRISM Dinamis, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in our target markets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow the client base by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and ensuring targets are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and innovation.
  • Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
