📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of employees to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.,Handle employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.,Ability to travel as required by the job.
