📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 5-7 Beauty Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all beauty products are well-stocked and organized.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in beauty products and services.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members to improve their performance.
• Ensure that our stores are clean, well-organized, and meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote beauty products and services and drive sales.
• Provide personalized beauty advice and services to customers, helping them achieve their desired look.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure that all beauty products are well-stocked and organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the beauty and retail industry.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and services, including skin care, hair care, and makeup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to travel to different locations in Bali as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
