📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan laundry facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.,Oversee the construction and maintenance of laundry facilities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.,Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Inspect and maintain existing laundry facilities to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition of laundry facilities and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and submit reports on the progress and condition of laundry facilities to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction and maintenance.,Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards related to laundry facilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections.
