📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning and delivering engaging lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Organize and grade assignments and exams.,Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Support the Head Tutor in managing classroom activities and discipline.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
