📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage railway infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement technical solutions for railway systems, including track, signaling, and telecommunication systems.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee the procurement and installation of railway equipment and materials, ensuring quality and compliance with project timelines.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including junior engineers and contractors.
Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and international consultants to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as needed to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in railway engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior/lead role.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex railway infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of railway engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and railway-specific tools like OpenTrack and RailVision.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Ability to travel internationally as needed for project work.
