📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are following all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and ensure the company is staying within budget.,Oversee the procurement of new vehicles and equipment, as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Attend to any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel, as needed.
