Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct employee training and development programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Oversee payroll and benefits administration,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Lead performance management and appraisal processes,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
