📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
