International Vendor Management Specialist - Global Shipping & Logistics

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential international vendors for shipping and logistics services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Utilize SAP and other logistics management software to track and manage vendor performance.
• Maintain and update vendor databases and documentation.
• Participate in regular vendor meetings and workshops to discuss service improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in global shipping and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management, particularly in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other logistics management software.
• Certification in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
