Puskesmas Bimo Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the clinic's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective training programs to address these needs.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of each department.,Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
