📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.,Promote and educate healthcare professionals about our products and their benefits.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Provide regular reports and updates to the sales team and management on sales activities and achievements.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Attend and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and other industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of sales success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulatory requirements.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) and reliable transportation.,Flexibility to travel to different healthcare facilities and locations.
