📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and develop customized training solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals,Maintain and update training materials and resources,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee development,Report on training program outcomes and impact to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
