You will work closely with our team to ensure that all our logistics operations are running smoothly, from managing our inventory to coordinating deliveries and maintaining our fleet of vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of logistics documents, such as invoices, delivery notes, and waybills.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of large-scale logistics projects.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of logistics events, such as trade shows or exhibitions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
• Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
