📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of management strategies and plans.,Support the management team in planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve organizational goals.,Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and performance management.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management reviews.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience in a management or administrative role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS and other management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
