📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations, including navigation and cargo handling.
• Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and execute daily vessel operations, including route planning and maintenance scheduling.
• Monitor vessel performance and report any issues to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master in the maritime industry.
• Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) and STCW Basic Safety Training.
• Proven experience in offshore support vessel operations.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
