- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our cash loan products.

- Upsell and cross-sell our financial offerings to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
