📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's operational needs.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
• Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and sourcing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
