Conducting job analyses to determine recruitment needs,Developing and implementing recruitment strategies,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish,Maintaining a database of potential candidates,Providing feedback to managers on recruitment progress,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
