Store Place Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Deli Serdang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your branch from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with your team and the central office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the central office.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
