The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel.,Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, including regular maintenance and inspections.,Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement measures to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Handle fleet-related administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
