Sehati Hendra Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated IT Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our staff. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the security of our IT systems.,Ensure the smooth operation of our dental management software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular backups of our IT systems to prevent data loss.,Train staff on the use of our IT systems and software.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.,Experience with dental management software is a plus.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Basic understanding of IT security and data protection.
