Pristine Human Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated RMA Technician to join our team in Badung, Bali. As a Returned Instrumentation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving issues with returned instruments, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for resale. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 7,500,000 - 9,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Receive, inspect, and diagnose returned instruments for defects or issues.,Perform repairs and calibrations on returned instruments to restore them to working condition.,Document all repair and testing procedures for quality assurance.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain inventory of returned instruments and track their status throughout the repair process.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of electronic instruments and troubleshooting techniques.,Proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
