📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize tax benefits.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate information.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and support decision-making processes.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.,Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in tax accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and financial accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🛠️ Keahlian
