📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the F&B industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure client commitments.
Track and manage sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales, particularly in the F&B industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using sales tools and software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Familiarity with the F&B industry and Bali’s tourism market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
