📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement compensation and benefit programs that align with company policies and industry best practices.
• Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
• Analyze compensation data and make recommendations to enhance our compensation strategy.
• Collaborate with HR team and senior management to develop and maintain competitive compensation packages.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment process by providing salary benchmarking information.
• Provide training and support to managers on compensation and benefit topics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefit.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
