📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment to ensure optimal performance during surgical procedures.
• Provide technical assistance to medical professionals, helping them to use equipment effectively.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Provide training and support to medical staff on the use of medical equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to medical equipment.
• Ensure that all medical equipment is properly documented and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the medical team to ensure that all surgical procedures are conducted safely and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical technical support or a related role.
• Certification in Medical Equipment Maintenance and Repair (MEMR) or a related certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment and surgical procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant medical equipment software, such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
