📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Handle linens, towels, and other textiles, including washing, drying, and folding.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and towels.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
