📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans to support the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our play-based learning curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national early childhood education standards.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on the progress and development of each child.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to both children and parents as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into the classroom.
• Participate in school-wide events, such as open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the school, including assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a kindergarten or play-based learning setting.
• Certification as a Kindergarten Teacher or relevant early childhood education qualification.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices, including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other recognized early childhood education approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to design and implement engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
